Toronto released Frank Thomas

For various reasons. Why am I posting this here? Well, because they have Rod Barajas DHing today and batting 5th. Yeah, Rod Barajas. Frank Thomas is certainly in great decline, but is still the 2nd or 3rd best hitter on that team. Sometimes being cheap gets you just what you pay for.
