Not huge news, but the Phillies have issued four non-roster invites to spring training: outfielder DeWayne Wise, infielders Wilson Valdez and Andy Tracy, and catcher Paul Hoover. Tracy and Hoover briefly played for the Phils in September; Wise spent 2009 with the White Sox, gaining notoriety for a spectacular catch that helped save a perfect game for Mark Buehrle in July, while Valdez filled a bench role for the Mets.
