Phillies starters need to follow Happ's lead
It is about time the Phillies decided to turn things around,I mean come on if the N.L East had a half decent team in the division they would not be in first place. The pitching staff has to get off of their rear ends and pitch like J.A Happ did today.I mean with Myers and Ibanez hurt they are definitely not the same team but that's when guys like Hamels who was so much talk in the off season, needs to back up his talk. The bullpen basically carried the team in the first three months of the season now it is the starter's turn or definitely no repeat no matter how bad the mets are.

a high degree of fail in this aspect when discussing hamels in this thread
he will bounce back, as will rollins. More hopeful for Hamels then rollins

I agree, the starters need to make themselves pitch better, then everything will be just dandy. PROBLEM SOLVED!

I’m sure right now they’re just pitching poorl on purpose right?
"Someone created the box score," Morey says, "and he should be shot."
Blocked shots — they look great, but unless you secure the ball afterward, you haven’t helped your team all that much.
