The good thing is we kept the 3 players that the Jays were asking for, Happ, Drabek, and Brown. Still in the mix for halliday if we want to be. I just dont see it happening though. Halliday’s salary is real high not to mention we’d still have to trade drabek, happ, and brown most likely. Id most likely feel completely fine about that trade though as soon as i see on paper the rotation of Halliday, Hamels, Lee, Blanton, and Pedro. I know this probably wont happen but its fun to think about.
