trevor hoffman?

PrintHe was recently placed on waivers and claimed by an unknown team. a lot of people are speculating it is the phillies, but Ruben Amaro has also recently stated the phils are done shopping and if any problem arises with a player ( injurys, brad lidges horrible pitchings) that it will be handled within the team. now i am all for trevor hoffman right now 27 saves only 2 blown, and his contract is up at the end of this year. i feel its time to give lidge the year off, he can try again next year, and bring in hoffman to close it out. how do you guys feel about it?
