This is a pretty neat news clip about Phillies Prospect Education Program (which sounds like a name Chairman Mao might have come up with, but anyway).
A few observations:
1. Trevor May has zits and babyfat. He looks like a lineman on a high school football team. (Not that there’s anything wrong with that! It’s just weird to be reminded that these guys are just kids.)
2. Comcast apparently didn’t get the memo about the spelling of “Domonic”.
3. Tyson Gillies comes across as a bit hyper and twitchy on camera. It made me a little uncomfortable. (Again, not that there’s anything wrong with that.)
Funny, I was thinking Gillies reminded me of Victorino. So, I don’t disagree.
Embarrassing about the misspelling, as somebody had to research the HRs he hit at Reading.
