Or, more accurately, your 2010 Phillies from a WAR/Salary perspective. We can't blame RAJ for all of these negotiations, but it's still fun to try.
While flipping back and forth between fangraphs and baseball-reference to judge WAR per $ performance for 2010, I saw the handy export function from fangraphs and did just that, adding a column for salary and one for difference between WAR value and salary. A simple descending sort by the Diff column orders your 2010 Phillies by 'bargain level'. I arbitarily selected batters with >100 PAs and pitchers with >30 IP. You can argue Oswalt's salary if you like - I know I did.

Thanks to perfectdepth for pointing out the WAR differences between Fangraphs and Baseball-Reference, as well as for supplying the BR data. I used a flat $4M/1.0 WAR for value purposes for the BR data as that's close to the average from Fangraphs.
If we add up the differences, or the 'bargain level', we come out $34M of value above salaries for batters and $4.6M of value above salaries for pitchers (FG WAR). Using BR WAR, the pitchers end up with a - $2.5M deficit for value below salary. I found it interesting that even with injuries hampering the team, most of the wounded ended up near or above value in excess of salary with positive 'bargain levels'.
