On the one hand, I guess it’s great that we held on to our top prospect through the trades for both Lee and Halladay. Something to be said for that. But it also makes clear that we did give up quite a bit in the last 9 months.

I assume Brandon Morrow is ineligible since he has pitched in the bigs. I wonder where he would have been slated, and still wonder why the Phils were unable to get him from Seattle in the Lee trade and why he mysteriously ended up in Toronto just days later…
