It’s probably too much to dream that this guy grows up to become Kenny Lofton or Brett Butler or something, but keep it going man.

I don’t know if he can ever be as good at drawing walks as Butler was, even if he works really hard at it. Butler was just awesome at that, and Gose is starting from a pretty low point. On the other hand, he’s a lot bigger than Butler was, so hopefully he’ll be able to develop some power whereas Butler had none.

Trying to think of other comps. Maybe Jacoby Ellsbury? Marquis Grissom? Although neither of those guys is/was any better than OK.
