SBNation Philly Launch Party This Tuesday - as in, Tomorrow!
UPDATE: This is tomorrow, folks. Get your asses to the Field House tomorrow evening. Support TheGoodPhight, and support SBNation!
Next week (Tuesday, June 22nd), SBNation Philly will launch. If you haven't heard anything about this new regional site initiative, you can read more about it in The New York Times, Harvard Journalism Lab, Dan Shanoff, PR Newswire, & SBNation, com. If you want a good example of what the site will look like when it goes live, check out the DC regional site.
It should be exciting. I think you're going to really like the lineup of contributors we've got(maybe even surprised by a few...) and you'll love the new technology. But first... A celebration!
The folks at SBNation are throwing a kickoff party Tuesday, June 22nd from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at The Field House . The Field House is at 1150 Filbert St. in Philadelphia. They've got a bunch of drink and food specials for us, so it should be a great time.
Unfortunately I can't be there (stupid big boy job very far away) but I hope a few of you can go. If you do, please let me know!
Click here to RSVP. It's very important to RSVP so they have an idea about the numbers.

Isn’t 7:00 PM a little late for a “Lunch Party”?
“Lunch Party”? It’s supposed to say “Launch Party.” What’s wrong with you?
Maybe you could just change the U into an A.
Then it would say “Lanch Party,” Kevin. Would it really be better if it said “Lanch Party”?
Someone gets the strait jacket

Wish I could come
But I had a choice… leave my big girl job early to come down for awhile, or stay late at aforestated big girl job tonight, and leave early on Friday night to go to the game…
I think the winner is self explanatory… Everyone have a good time tonight.
