To illustrate, he poses the hypothetical: Would the Phillies trade Domonic Brown for Harper? Very interesting. I suspect the Phillies would. They take a "lottery ticket" approach and while Brown is close to a sure-thing solid big leaguer at this point, Harper is a potential game-changing, Hall of Fame talent.
