The Phillies look to clinch at least a tie for the National League East crown tonight against the New York Mets and rookie starter Dillon Gee, whose 1.80 ERA looks sweet but 10/10 K/BB ratio in 20 IP is just teh lulz. Kyle Kendrick gets the ball for the Phillies, in an attempt to give the top starters some extra rest down the stretch.
A victory would clinch a postseason appearance for the Phillies in any event, because the Padres and Giants play each other next weekend, and one of them must lose at least two games.
And watch out for the Chase Utley Retribution.
