"The punt to DeSean Jackson. The punt. Short, Jackson takes it at the 32. Looks for running room, reverses the field. He's at the 40. 50, 45, 40, 35, 30, He's gonna go!

"McNabb in the shotgun again. McNabb takes the snap, fakes, he's back, he's looking, he is going deep for DeSean Jackson, who races, has it! TOUCHDOWN!!! DeSean Jackson!!

andrew miller's had a weird year

Spent most of the season in the minors – in fact, he was in AA, where he had a 6.01 ERA and 61 BB in 85.1 IP. As recently as August 20, Baseball America said about him, “Marlins LHP Andrew Miller is lost.” Then he came up to the majors and beat the Braves on September 3.

So Ricky Bottalico officially implied that Mike Stanton is a Phillie Killer.

I just picked up this Stanton character in Fantasy, which means that he’ll go ice cold. Don’t worry, Mike, I have enough HRs to beat my competition, so you don’t need to add any tonight.

Question: Has Ryan ever made contact with a catcher at the plate? Seems like it’d be a no-brainer for a guy with his size. Is it an un-written rule or something?

Exxon: .243/.280/.347, .266 BABIP, .287 wOBA, 0 WAR
