Question about MLB.tv: I am at college and in the Pittsburgh market, therefore I cannot see the Phillies games on television. I was on mlb.com looking at their MLB.tv packages and only saw options to purchase a full year subscription yet they say you can get monthly ones. Does anyone have experience with this or know how I get a monthly subscription? I want to drop my subscription when I return home in early may. Thanks

When the season starts just sign up for the monthly plan. Every month they will deduct the price out of your credit card/debit card. You have to cancel it when you get home or else they will continue to charge you account.

Thank you. I emailed customer support but of course all that was sent back was an automated message outlining their refund policy. I did not know when they started the monthly plan and I do not want to pay for the whole year when I will get the games on tv when i return to Harrisburg.

My parents live in Carlisle and have Comcast, and all they get are Pirates, Orioles, and Nationals games. Three of the four worst franchises in the sport. Blackout policy. Way to be, MLB.

Yeah that must suck. I have a co worker who live there as well and has that problem. Luckily Camp Hill, (across the river from Harrisburg) gets all the philly sports teams.
