This is a few days old and may have been discussed in a comments thread or two, but regardless, here's BA's midseason Top 50 Prospects list. A more in-depth article is also available for subscribers only. The two Phillies on the list are 1B/OF Jonathan Singleton (#41) and RHP Jarred Cosart (#43). Two former Phillies farmhands who now play in the Blue Jays' system also made the list: C Travis D'Arnaud (#29) who was included in the Roy Halladay trade, and OF Anthony Gose (#45) who went to Houston in the Roy Oswalt deal and then was flipped to Toronto in a separate trade.
