Concerns over elbow injury have reportedly put the kibosh on deal.
After reports yesterday that a deal for Astros reliever Wilton Lopez was imminent, apparently the results of a medical records review and physical were enough to scare the Phillies and kill the deal.

Really, if Tyler Cloyd and Sebastian Valle is all the Phillies were sending, the medical concerns must have been very real.
