Per Jim Salisbury of CSNPhilly.com, the Phillies have recalled catcher Erik Kratz from Triple-A Lehigh Valley, and optioned right handed reliever B.J. Rosenberg, after catcher Carlos Ruiz's oblique injury on Friday night.
Rosenberg made two appearances with the Phillies, surrendering four runs in 1.2 innings, including a walkoff extra inning blast from Adam Jones of the Orioles on June 9th.
Kratz has one home run in four at-bats with the Phillies this year, and six homers and an .831 OPS for the IronPigs.
