So I got tickets to the Braves/Phillies game at CBP with my wife. Obviously its a big deal to the both of us, as she is a big Braves fan and myself a big Phillies fan. The outcome of this game obviously decides whether I get laid that night or if I am sleeping on the couch. Aside from the annoyance that comes from marrying a Braves fan, its pretty awesome to have added importance to any Braves/Phillies games which come to pass.
Now the dilemma. Obviously, our reputation as fans is not very good. She wants to go all decked out in Braves gear and I am encouraging her to.. However, the reputation for harassment, instigation, and drunken morons is keeping her very fearful of encouraging her team. I obviously will go in my Phils regalia. Unfortunately, several non-Phils fans are discouraging her not to wear her stuff.
So I am at a loss, and thought I would come and ask you guys for advice/opinions/support. And no, divorcing my wife is not an option. That'll come if they ever play in the NLCS :)
