It wasn't a shutout, but it was another strong outing from Cole Hamels, who allowed three runs (including another blast from Ryan Braun in the eighth inning), striking out 10 and walking one en route to a 4-3 Phillies victory in Milwaukee.

Offensive support came from Erik Kratz and John Mayberry, who went back-to-back in the second inning. The Phillies would score their fourth run in the third inning on an RBI double from Ryan Howard.

Having lost all faith in the rest of the bullpen, Charlie Manuel summoned Jonathan Papelbon to replace Cole Hamels after Braun's two-run homer in the eighth. Papelbon would record a four out save, striking out three of the batters he faced.

Let's talk about Ryan Braun a little bit. I've never seen a hitter so locked-in against the Phillies in my life. It's brutal to watch, but awe-inspiring in a way. Kinda starting to hate him, and to think I defended him in principle during his whole PED debacle last offseason.

Tune in tomorrow for the Series Finale. It turns out Jonathan Lucroy is a Cylon.
