March 25, 2009 - Phillies Breakfast Links

Chan Ho Park goes four innings, giving up three runs on four hits, but striking out seven, as the Phillies beat the Blue Jays 7-6.  Chase Utley hit his first homer of the spring, and Gary Majewski almost coughed up the game.  (I love English translations of international baseball articles, everything comes off so much more dramatic and judgmental).

The fifth spot in the rotation is still, apparently, up for grabs.

DON'T DO IT JIMMY!!!!  (Okay, just kidding, that's wonderful...)

The Wheeler Dance

Weird headline, sort of makes sense in context.

Cole Hamels pitches a minor league game, throws 38 of 45 pitches for strikes, reports no pain.  So far, so good...

Rollins, Victorino return to Phillies from WBC.

Bill Conlin thinks the Phillies can win the pennant again.
