Try Again?: Phillies at Pirates Game Thread, August 26, 2009

Well, last night happened and there's no fixing it. However, the Phillies are still seven games ahead of the Marlins and Braves in the division (eight in the loss column) and lead the collapsing Dodgers by one game in the loss column for best overall record in the National League. There's reason to be happy!

Cole Hamels goes tonight, looking for his first victory since I'm guessing 1992. He's opposed by Paul Maholm, who I have it on good authority is actually a Somali pirate. So watch your luxury yachts around this guy.

Discuss the game below.
