After thumping the Mets twice in a row to close out their weekend series, the Phillies get no respite as the St. Louis Cardinals come to town for a big four game series. The Cards are a league-best 17-8 and led by the obvious Albert Pujols and twin-aces Chris Carpenter and Adam Wainwright, and more unexpected heroes like Brad Penny and Colby Rasmus.
Phillies righty Joe Blanton makes his first start of the 2010 season after suffering an oblique strain in March. He'll be opposed by Jaime Garcia.
