MLB has reduced Shane Victorino's three-game suspension arising out of the early August dust-up against the Giants to two games, reports Todd Zolecki and all other manner of Twitter's finest crazy persons. He will begin serving the suspension tonight. Also, Ryan Howard won't be in the lineup tonight. But Ross Gload will be playing first base, so it's kind of a win-win, if by "win" you mean "feel like you just ate a tube of Desonex."
