I Like Beer: Phillies at Brewers Game Thread, September 8, 2011

When you get down to it, Philadelphia and Milwaukee have a fair amount in common: "blue collar" reputations, well known in pop culture for their consumables (beer and brats; cheesesteak), and both play "little brother" to neighbor cities.

And now they both play host to two of the three or so best teams in the National League, so pound sand, Chicago and New York!

Cole Hamels takes the ball for the Phillies against Chris Narveson for the Brewers.

The Brewers are 50-19 at home this season, so yeah.

Discuss the game below.
