Jim Salisbury (and others) reporting that Phillies left-handed pitcher Cliff Lee is headed to the 15-day disabled list due to an oblique strain. Joe Savery has been recalled from Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Kyle Kendrick set to start Monday.
