Former Phillies farmhand Justin Germano started for Pawtucket and posted a 10-0 K-BB in eight shutout innings. Pat Misch had his first bad game in a while, allowing 13 hits and 9 runs (all earned) in five innings, although he did also have 5 K to 2 BB. Justin Friend, who had a 0.33 ERA in 25 games at Reading, was promoted to AAA, and allowed two runs (both earned) in two innings tonight.
