The Vance Dance is the newest craze sweeping the nation! It's the dance you do when you want to look like you're falling off the side of a baseball mound after throwing a pitch for your 5th called strikeout of the game. It's a very specific dance.

We should all do the dance right now. Get up from your seat and try it, I'll wait.

Why, you ask? Because nothing else has worked, dammit.

Tonight, Vance Worley tries to stem the tide of suck as he takes on Rockies' pitcher Jeremy Guthrie. I would say something about Guthrie's rather inflated ERA, but I'm not sure what I could say that wouldn't curse the Phillies to the worst possible outcome.
