Lehigh Valley 3, Pawtucket 2 (10)

Jake Diekman 1.0 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 1 K
Phillippe Aumont 1.0 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K, 1 HBP
Joe Savery 1.0 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K

The Pigs took it on an Andres Blanco walkoff homer in extras. Sebastian Valle did not play.

Reading 7, Richmond 4

Austin Hyatt 6.1 IP, 6 H, 4 R, 4 ER, 1 BB, 6 K, 1 HR, 3 GB, 7 LD, 7 FB (1 pop)
Cody Asche 1 for 4, 2B, BB
Darin Ruf 0 for 4, 2 K, HBP
Tommy Joseph 3 for 5
Leandro Castro 3 for 4, 2B, K

Hyatt has pitched badly enough this year to lose his prospect status for now, but he deserves some credit for righting the ship a bit of late. Three of the runs he allowed last night came in his final inning, when he probably tired.

Clearwater 7, St. Lucie 3

Jesse Biddle 7.0 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 3 BB, 9 K, 8 GB, 2 LD, 4 FB (2 pop)
Colton Murray 1.0 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K
Zach Collier 2 for 3, HR, BB, SB
Harold Martinez 2 for 4, 2 2B

I'm glad to see that I have the power to jinx cold streaks as well as hot streaks, as Collier had his best game in quite a while, breaking a lengthy slump. In other news, Christopher Duffy is back in Clearwater now.

Delmarva 6, Lakewood 5

Lino Martinez 6.0 IP, 8 H, 3 R, 2 ER, 1 BB, 6 K, 0 HR, 4 GB, 7 GB, 8 FB (3 pop)
Luis Paulino 2.0 IP, 4 H, 3 R, 2 ER, 1 BB, 3 K, 0 HR
Tim Carver (19th round) 0 for 4, HBP, SB
Kelly Dugan 0 for 4, K
William Carmona (11th round) 0 for 3, BB
Maikel Franco 0 for 2, 2 BB, K
Brian Pointer 0 for 3, BB, K, SB, outfield assist
Gabriel Lino 1 for 3, 2B, BB, threw out 0 of 1
Alejandro Villalobos 2 for 4, SB

Lakewood lost from ahead in a heartbreaker, entering the bottom of the 8th with a 4-3 lead but giving up 3, and thereby depriving the farm of a perfect 6-0 night. Lino Martinez has really been overmatched for most of the season (which isn't such a horrible thing since he's only 19), but this was one of his best games of the year.

Short season team stats after the jump...

Steven Inch 1.0 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K
Roman Quinn 1 for 2, 3B, 2 BB, K, SF, SB
Mitch Walding 2 for 4, 2B, BB
Cameron Perkins (6th round) 2 for 4, 2B, BB, error
Christopher Serritella (4th round) 2 for 4, BB
Fudgie Greene 0 for 4, BB, K
