Greinke As In Wreck: Phillies at Dodgers Gamethread, June 27, 2013

Here's hoping we make it a winning streak tonight. Let's hope that winning streak occurs within the normal nine innings.

Guuuuhhh, how's everyone feeling? Sleep off last night's late night shift? Ready for another? Good!

Tonight, we have a slightly softer version of the mismatch between John Lannan and Matt Harvey as Jonathan Pettibone goes up against Zack Greinke. Due to injury and ineffectiveness, Pettibone has been a more important part of the Phillies' rotation than expected and Zack Greinke has been a less important part than expected. You'd rather be the Phillies on that end of the bargain, but Greinke is no joke: he can totally shut down this offense.

Still, maybe we'll get some of that bad Zack mojo. Start piling the hits on, and they'll come like water. Also: try to win by the sixth inning so that the LA faithful are still around to see it happen. Ba-dum-tshhhhhh.
