2013 MLB Draft Open Thread

Tonight is The Night. We will find out who the Phillies will take with their number 16 pick. Will he be a high schooler? A college player? Pitcher? Outfielder? Second baseman? Who knows! I just hope he has a funny name.

MLB Network has draft coverage tonight. I'll be your host here on The Good Phight, reporting picks and bumbling through gracelessly until TGP King of the Draft Cormican can bail me out. MLBN is trying to make the draft a big thing, but they have a ways to go. One telltale sign is the suits of the draftees. From what I've seen, they're nowhere near the insane level of the NFL draft. Though I'm sure I'll make a fair amount of "Today's Man" jokes.
