I think it's unlikely the Phillies get out of Round 3 without a projectable High School Pitcher and they don't get out of the Fourth Round without a Polished College Pitcher (Starter or Closer) with one of the 3 picks betwen now and then. Of course, also look for a guy who's fallen in the draft as someone they may go overslot on.
There's still a ton of talent on the board and the Phillies have ben very good about mining Southern California, the Pacific Northwest and Florida for guys that seem more under the radar. Keep in mind that such top Prospects as Cody Asche, former Phillies farmhand Jon Singleton, Adam Morgan, as well as Current Major Leaguers Ryan Howard, Kyle Kendrick, Jon Pettibone, Cliff Lee and Jon Papelbon were all Day 2 selections.
