Our long wait for baseball is over. The second half begins tonight. Which means the Phillies' annual see-we're-actually-a-pretty-good-team effort begins tonight. Which is good, because starting the second half 6.5 games out of first place and 5.5 games out of the Wild Card means the team really needs a surge.
