Coole Hamels: Phillies at Marlins Game Thread, September 25, 2013

No, I don't know why I find my misspelling of Hamels' name funny. But I do. I find it very funny.

Rich Schultz

Remember earlier this season when Cole Hamels was pitching kind of badly? I know, it was quite awhile ago. I'm not sure my brain goes back that far! Or maybe I've just blocked out or erased those memories. Either way!

Oh, those days. Those stupid, stressful days that inspired a thousand "COLE HAMELS IS HAVING ANOTHER 2009" columns, as well as "BAD HAMELS IS THE REAL HAMELS" accusations. I hope all those moronic, pea brained idiots are hanging their heads in shame now. SHAME. SHAME AND GUILT. Because that was not the real Hamels. The real Cole Hamels is the guy we've seen in July, August, and September. And tonight, he'll finish out his season and I'll miss him until Spring Training. In fact, I miss him already.

By the way, I misspelled Cole Hamels as "Coole Hamels" about four different times and almost left it that way. IS IT THE END OF THE SEASON YET HELP ME
