With the two American League division series' decided yesterday, that leaves just two series yet to be decided, with just two games today.
First up at 5pm, it's last chance time for the Nationals, who were unable to score in approximately a million consecutive innings on Saturday night. At this point they deserve to lose to the Giants, who have won both games of the series and can lock it all up tonight with just one more win. I'm rooting for a sinkhole here, to be honest.
Then at 9pm, the Dodgers and Cardinals will throw down in St. Louis, home to the most self-important, entitled fans in baseball. That series is tied 1-1, so we've got at least two more games left. Thank goodness.
