Tonight, the Phillies won their fifth game in a row, beating the Cardinals 5-1.

The Phillies didn't get going until 9:05 tonight, 50 minutes after their 8:15 start time. Once the game got underway, it was the Phillies' show from start to finish. AJ Burnett tossed a 111-pitch complete game and the offense was able execute some timely hitting.
