Um, guess who the Phillies are facing tonight? It's the Pirates! Yaaaay!

The Pirates have picked up the pace a little bit, and they've got Gerrit Cole back now. I love Gerrit Cole, but I still want the Phillies to beat him.

The Phils showed a bit of life last night, and it was good to see. Can they keep it going? Let's find out together!

Also, today is Independence Day. Everyone celebrates in their own way, and I like to reflect on how absolutely insane and incredible it still is, to this day, that America gained its independence from Great Britain. The best way to describe my awe at is through the power of music.
