Game 120 Open Thread: Phillies at Angels

There's a band called "Trout Fishing in America". Just saying.

Mitchell Leff

The Phillies are making another west coast swing this week, stopping in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Tonight, they face the Angels.

Today's Lineups

PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES LOS ANGELES ANGELS
Ben Revere - CF Kole Calhoun - RF
Jimmy Rollins - SS Mike Trout - CF
Chase Utley - 2B Albert Pujols - 1B
Ryan Howard - DH Josh Hamilton - LF
Marlon Byrd - RF Erick Aybar - SS
Domonic Brown - LF Howie Kendrick - 2B
Carlos Ruiz - C Brennan Boesch - DH
Darin Ruf - 1B David Freese - 3B
Andres Blanco - 3B Chris Iannetta - C
Jerome Williams - RHP C.J. Wilson - LHP

What?! No Mel Clark!?

And that's the only Angels in the Outfield joke I'm going to make. OK that's probably not true, but I'll try.

Tonight, the Phillies send newly acquired pitcher Jerome Williams to the mound. Williams is on the comeback trail somewhat, so we wish him luck and hope he turns it around. Because it would be nice to see the Phillies win on this road trip. But it would also be nice to see Mike Trout hit some dingers.
