Game 146 Open Thread: Pirates at Phillies

Let's go Phillies! Let's split the series! Or not!

This is the greatest picture in the history of the world.

Tonight the Phillies and the Pirates finish their four-game series at Citizens Bank Park. The Phils won the second game, but lost the first and third. They could split the series tonight, or they could, you know, not. With A.J. Burnett on the mound, it could go either way.

Lineuppy lineup of lineupness!

Today's Lineups

PITTSBURGH PIRATES PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES
Josh Harrison - 3B Ben Revere - CF
Travis Snider - RF Maikel Franco - 3B
Andrew McCutchen - CF Marlon Byrd - RF
Neil Walker - 2B Ryan Howard - 1B
Russell Martin - C Darin Ruf - LF
Starling Marte - LF Carlos Ruiz - C
Ike Davis - 1B Cesar Hernandez - 2B
Jordy Mercer - SS Freddy Galvis - SS
Francisco Liriano - LHP A.J. Burnett - RHP

Jimmy Rollins is still out with his sore hamstring, and Freddy Galvis is continuing to take his place. Darin Ruf is in the lineup, but I'm not going to pretend it's for any other reason than Dom Brown got banged up in left field last night. And there's Maikel Franco, continuing to get at-bats. If both he and Cody Asche keep doing good things, the battle for third base is going to be very, very exciting.
