Game 144 open thread: Pirates at Phillies

I'm out of pirate talk, guys.

I used up all of my pirate talk yesterday. There isn't much variety in language when you're talking in the pirate voice. A lot of "yar" and "yo ho ho" and "shiver me timbers" and that's about it. I'm sure there are pirate aficionados out there who could demonstrate that there's more to pirate talk than that, but you know what? These are baseball pirates so I don't really care.

Here's the lineup for game two of this four-game series against the Pittsburgh Pirates, AKA baseball pirates, AKA not actual pirates.

Today's happy clip is the intro from the greatest sitcom of all time. Well, it's my favorite sitcom of all time.

I grew up on Bosom Buddies reruns, and the show never fails to make me so very happy.
