Game 160 Open Thread: Marlins at Phillies

Rain, rain, go away...

Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

Three games left! And the Phillies will have to play them in the remnants of Hurricane Joaquin, a giant dick of a weather event wreaking havoc on Major League Baseball and fans' desire to see it played for the last time until April.

Weather is stupid.

Weren't we supposed to have the ability to control the weather by now? It's 2015, weather control seems like something we should have! It'll certainly make everyone's local weatherpeople look a whole lot smarter if they already know what's coming.

It's time for an all-time classic.

Who can resist Ernie and his rubber ducky? Everything about this song makes me feel like a kid again. JUST LIKE BASEBALL WOULD IF ONLY I COULD WATCH IT. WHY DO YOU SUCK SO MUCH, WEATHER!?!?! Thank goodness Hurricane Dick -- I'm sorry, I mean Hurricane Joaquin -- is going to largely miss us this weekend and we'll be able to watch the end of the baseball season in relative peace.
