Game 38 Open Thread: Diamondbacks at Phillies

With three wins in a row, the Phillies are looking to [shuffles through note cards] win, again, for a fourth time.

Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

We've got a smiling Freddy Galvis on last night's game recap, but we're going to go ahead and drop him onto today's game thread too because Freddy is the Phillies' offensive engine right now. And they will need him today, probably, as Jerome Williams has been unable to suppress opposing lineups all season along, amounting to a 5.21 ERA for the season so far and a 7.21 ERA in his last three starts.

The Phillies will be glowering at Archie Bradley of the D-backs, who through 20 innings this year has allowed nine hits and four earned runs with 14 strikeouts. He is also a grown man who listerns to Justin Bieber.

Pack in front of the TV to see if the Phillies can extend their longest winning streak of the season.
