Domonic Brown - 2 for 4, 2 R, 2B
Russ Canzler -1 for 4, 2B, RBI
Gabriel Lino - 1 for 4 (passed ball)

A Chase d'Arnaud throwing error in the 6th inning resulted in the 3 unearned runs on Aumont's final line. He's walked 20 batters in his last 4 starts (20.1 IP). He's now had back to back starts of throwing 100+ pitches. Bogusevic remains one of the few bright spots for the Iron Pigs, hitting his 5th homer and is now batting .329 on the season. Dom Brown continues his hot streak and is slashing .289/.327/.402 in his last 25 games (97 AB) with 8 doubles, 1 homerun and 5 stolen bases.

Altoona 6, Reading 2

Ben Lively - 5 IP, 8 H, 3 R, 2 ER, 2 BB, 4 K, 4 GB, 2 FB

Lee Ridenhour - 1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, K, WP
Roman Quinn - 1 for 4, SB, CS, picked off (two outfield assists, 2nd and home)

Aaron Altherr - 2 for 4, K
Brock Stassi - 2 for 4, HR, 2 RBI
Cam Perkins - 1 for 3, K, HBP

This is now the 4th straight start that Lively has failed to pitch out of the 5th inning. In that time he has seen his ERA rise from 3.50 to 3.78. Roman Quinn stole his league leading 28th stolen base, of which he has a 15 base lead. Brock Stassi mashes his 7th HR of the season, which is tied for 2nd in the Phillies farm with Rhys Hoskins (Perkins leads with 8).

Bradenton 5, Clearwater 2 (13 innings)

Mark Leiter - 7 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 3 BB, 5 K, HR, 2 GB, 9 FB

Dylan Cozens - 2 for 5, R, BB
Aaron Brown - 2 for 5, R, SB, CS
Mitch Walding - 2 for 5, RBI, K

Mark Leiter was brilliant yet again, lowering his season ERA to 1.70. His lone mistake came from a solo shot from Barrett Barnes in the 4th inning. Mitch Walding played hero briefly tonight tying the game up in the bottom of the 9th with an RBI single. Cozens remains hot and Brown steals his 3rd base of the season.

Lakewood 3, Lexington 2

Josh Taylor - 7 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 6 K, 7 GB, 4 FB, WP
Alexis Rivero - 2 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 2 K, 2 HR
Malquin Canelo - 1 for 4, CS (fielding error)
Cord Sandberg - 1 for 3, BB, CS
Carlos Tocci - 2 for 4, R, SB
Rhys Hoskins - 1 for 4, HR, 2 RBI
Damek Tomscha - 1 for 4
Deivi Grullon - 0 for 4
Jiandido Tromp - 0 for 3, 2 K
Herlis Rodriguez - 1 for 3, HR, K
Grenny Cumana - 1 for 3, 2B

Josh Taylor with one of his best starts of the season. It was his 2nd fewest hits allowed and the first time since his 2015 debut start that he didn't walk a batter. This was also his first start in which he hadn't allowed a run (10 GS). His ERA dropped from 5.48 to 4.73 after the game. Carlos Tocci with the only multi-hit performance of the game and also picks up his 13th stolen base. Rhys Hoskins ties Brock Stassi for 2nd in the Phillies farm with his 7th of the season. Last season I questioned the amount of playing time Herlis Rodriguez was seeing, which wasn't a whole lot. He is finally breaking out at the plate given the opportunity. He hit his 3rd homer and is slashing .289/.319/.414 in 152 at bats (in addition to stolen 9 bases).
