Game 65 Open Thread: Phillies at Orioles

I don't know why a "home and home" series is a thing.

Today marks the start of a four-game series with the Baltimore Orioles, with two games spent at Camden Yards and two spent at Citizens Bank Park. MLB calls this a "home and home" series. I call it "kind of ridiculous". I appreciate that MLB is trying to innovate (or "innovate") in the 162 game schedule with expanded interleague play. And there isn't much you can really do unless you introduce five-game or one-game series. And I'm sure that the "home and home" series solves a few scheduling problems. But despite this, it still seems... kind of stupid.

And speaking of "kind of stupid", here's the lineup! Har har har har har right?! /cries

Today's Lineups

PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES BALTIMORE ORIOLES
Ben Revere - CF Manny Machado - 3B
Cesar Hernandez - 2B Jimmy Paredes - DH
Maikel Franco - 3B Adam Jones - CF
Ryan Howard - 1B Chris Davis - 1B
Jeff Francoeur - RF Matt Wieters - C
Chase Utley - DH Nolan Reimold - LF
Cody Asche - LF Travis Snider - RF
Cameron Rupp - C J.J. Hardy - SS
Freddy Galvis - SS Ryan Flaherty - 2B
Aaron Harang - RHP Wei-Yin Chen - LHP

I desperately want the old Aaron Harang back. Can he come back? Or is he gone forever? I hope not. I miss him. I actually miss the old Aaron Harang.

What has become of me?

Uh, anyway.
