REPORT: Phillies & Rangers finalizing Hamels deal

After a long courtship, it appears as though Cole Hamels is in the process of being traded to the Texas Rangers.

Nothing has been made official yet, but Twitter messages from both team's beat reporters indicate a deal is nearly done.
