Scranton/WB 9, Lehigh Valley 4
Sean O'Sullivan - 5 IP, 8 H, 7 R, 6 ER, 3 BB, K, 2 HR, 4 GB, 7 FB
Seth Rosin - 3 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 3 K
Juan Gutierrez - 1 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 2 ER, BB, K
Tyler Henson - 2 for 4, R, 2 K (fielding error)
Brian Bogusevic - 1 for 4, RBI, 2 K
Aaron Altherr - 0 for 3, 2 R, 2 K, HBP
Gabriel Lino - 0 for 3, K
KC Serna - 0 for 3, R, 2 K
This could very well be Sean O'Sullivan's last start with the Iron Pigs, given the additions from the Hamels trade. If it is the case, the sendoff was very appropriate. He squared off against Yankees top prospect Luis Severino, who went 6 innings and gave up 1 hit and struck out 10. All 3 runs he gave up were unearned. Tyler Henson was the only one able to get a hit off him.
Reading 9, Erie 8
Ben Lively - 5 IP, 10 H, 7 R, 6 ER, 6 K, 3 HR, 5 GB, 2 FB
Tom Windle - 1.1 IP, 1 H, 1 R, 1 ER, BB, HR
Ryan O'Sullivan - 1.2 IP, 2 H, 0 R, BB, 2 K
Stephen Shackleford - 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, K
Angelo Mora - 3 for 5, R, 2B, 3B, 2 RBI, K, picked off
Kelly Dugan - 1 for 5, 3 K
Cam Perkins - 1 for 4, HR, 2 RBI, 2 K
Brock Stassi - 1 for 5, R, 3B, 2 RBI, K
Andrew Knapp - 2 for 3, R, 2B, 2 BB
Harold Martinez - 2 for 4, 2 R, RBI
I had the pleasure of watching this game yesterday. Ben Lively didn't look particularly good, which is kind of obvious by the boxscore. He was hanging pitches on occasion, though hitting spots with others. The hitters weren't really fooled by what he was offering. Anyway, there were 6 lead changes in the game. Andrew Knapp looked spectacular at the plate yesterday, squaring up the ball and overall patient in his approach. Cam Perkins had a laser beam HR to LF for his 11th of the season. Destin Hood delivered the walkoff hit, which was a two-out single to score Brock Stassi who got on via a fielding error.
Clearwater 6, Bradenton 3
Brandon Leibrandt - 5 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 2 BB, 0 K, 4 GB, 5 FB
Jesen Therrien - 3 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 0 ER, K (throwing error)
Miguel Nunez - 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, K
Carlos Tocci - 2 for 5, 2 K, CS
Malquin Canelo - 2 for 5, R, RBI, K
Andrew Pullin - 1 for 5, HR, 3 K
Rhys Hoskins - 1 for 4, R, 2B, RBI, 2 K
Dylan Cozens - 4 for 4, 2 2B, HR, 2 RBI
Aaron Brown - 0 for 4, K
A sub-par start from Leibrandt still resulted in him picking up his 7th win this season (holds a 2.88 ERA and 0.94 WHIP). I think Dylan Cozens is feeling a bit better? In his 7 games since returning from the DL (all DHing), he is 12 for 23 with 3 doubles, a triple, a HR, and a 5:1 K/BB. Hopefully they can get him in the field soon. Dylan Cozens becoming a legit prospect would be a great thing. Tocci continued his hot streak and Canelo seems to be picking it up as well. He's batting .282 in his last 10 games after a dreadful stretch. Andrew Pullin hit his 11th HR of the season.

Franklyn Kilome - 3.1 IP, 2 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 3 BB, 4 K, HBP, 2 GB, 2 FB (pickoff error)
Skylar Hunter - 0.2 IP, 4 H, 4 R, 4 ER, BB
Feliberto Sanchez - 2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, K
Denton Keys - 0.1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, BB
Kenny Koplove - 2.2 IP, 4 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 2 BB, K
Zachary Coppola - 0 for 4, R, BB, K (outfield assist, home)
Mark Laird - 3 for 5, R
Josh Tobias - 3 for 4, 2B, RBI, BB
Jose Pujols - 0 for 5, 2 K
Jesus Posso - 2 for 4, R, 2B, HR, 2 RBI, BB
Jan Hernandez - 0 for 5, K
Carlos Duran - 1 for 4, 2 R, BB, K, SB
Austin Bossart - 2 for 5, R, 2B, RBI, K (passed ball)
Grenny Cumana - 2 for 4, R, RBI, CS
#KilomeDay didn't go quite as well as his previous outings. His fastball velocity was sitting in the mid 90's and his curveball around 75-77 (according to @Mitch_Rupert). Jesus Posso had a huge game, hitting his 3rd HR of the season. I'm curious if they are going to stick with him at 1B afterall, especially given the amount of catchers they have at the lower levels.
GCL Tigers 2, GCL Phillies 1
Bailey Falter - 4 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 2 K, 4 GB, 3 FB
Edgar Garcia - 4 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 8 K, WP

Lucas Williams - 0 for 3
Bryan Martelo - 1 for 3, R, K
Jose Antequera - 1 for 3, 2B

Bailey Falter pitched really well and miles better than his last start (2 IP, 5 ER). Luis Encarnacion with his first multi-hit game since July 11th.
