Game 88 Open Thread: Phillies at Dodgers

I'm tired of California now. Can we leave yet?

Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports

If the Phillies win tonight, they'll split this four-game series. I would very much like them to do that. And then leave Los Angeles and not come back for a whole year. Luckily, they won't have to. After tonight, they don't come back until the 2016 season. Unfortunately, after this the Philies head to San Francisco to play the Giants. Oh goody.

So let's count our blessings, and our Dodgers, while we still can.

Today's Lineups

PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES LOS ANGELES DODGERS
Ben Revere - CF Joc Pederson - CF
Cesar Hernandez - 2B Howie Kendrick - 2B
Maikel Franco - 3B Adrian Gonzalez - 1B
Ryan Howard - 1B Yasmani Grandal - C
Cody Asche - LF Andre Ethier - LF
Domonic Brown - RF Yasiel Puig - RF
Freddy Galvis - SS Jimmy Rollins - SS
Cameron Rupp - C Alberto Callaspo - 3B
Severino Gonzalez - RHP Zack Greinke - RHP

Oh boy. Noted fantastic pitcher Zack Greinke is facing noted not-fantastic pitcher Severino Gonzalez. So tonight should be incredibly fun. Or, you know, the opposite of that. I mean, yay! Yay, right?!
