Game 127 Open Thread: Mets at Phillies

Enough, Mets.

I'm so tired of the Mets. Are you tired of the Mets? Everyone should be tired of the Mets. They are tiresome. Can they not beat the crap out of the Phillies just once? Just once is all I'm asking! I'm tired of the Phillies getting their asses kicked around the schoolyard by the METS! This is the METS we're talking about!

The old days of the Mets being a pathetic mess are over. Well, they're still a pathetic mess, but they're winning now. They've proven you can be a successful pathetic mess. So good for them? No. Screw off, Mets.

Look at those young dudes! Jerad Eickhoff and Darnell Sweeney! The Phillies may lose tonight, but I hope they don't let it get them down. In a few years, the Phillies will be beating the crap out of the Mets once they refuse to spend the money it takes to stay competitive. You know that's going to happen.
