The rain falling from the sky last night postponed the series opener against the Chicago Cubs, so today we get two games, both at night. The first one is at 5:05, and the second will be, well, not long after the first one finishes.
If that's bad news to you, I'm sorry. But the good news is that I get to share another Sesame Street clip YAY!
Sesame Street always did such a great job with aliens. I'll feature my all-time favorite Sesame Street aliens in a few weeks, but the Honkers are a close second. They're goofy and fuzzy and their noses make noise! The number of kids who hurt their noses while trying to honk them is probably more than we think. In this clip, they're happily welcoming a newly-hatched baby honker, and trying to teach it how to honk. I love that they show their affection for the baby honker by honking their noses against it. It's like an arm pat only with their noses. The whole thing is irresistibly adorable.
Lineup, take 2.
Exactly the same as yesterday! Except this time, they're actually going to play the game.
