Game Thread: Phillies at Nationals 4/28/16

I'd say it's a good time for the Phillies' first sweep of the season.

SERIES PREVIEW

Nationals Park

4:05PM EDT on CSN

Aaron Nola (1-2) 4.50 ERA

PHILLIES: Nola hopes to bounce back against the Nationals after allowing a career-high seven runs against them April 16 at Citizens Bank Park. But he hopes seven innings of one-run ball Friday against the Brewers have him on track to make the Nationals his bitch today.

Tanner Roark (2-2) 2.63 ERA

NATIONALS: Roark is coming off a career outing and one of the strongest pitching performances in baseball this season, but not really because it was a fluke. He struck out a career-high 15 in seven shutout innings and held the Twins to just two hits, but no one will say 'it was the Twins, tho' like they did when Vinny struck out 16 Padres, because the national media is shit and the Nationals are shit and I hate them.
