PHILLIES: Eflin has recovered nicely since allowing nine runs in 2 2/3 innings in his big league debut June 14. He has a 1.54 ERA in two starts since, which has earned him a longer look in the Phillies’ rotation.

Archie Bradley (3-3) 4.50 ERA

DIAMONDBACKS: Bradley got a no-decision in his last start against the Rockies, but he deserved better. He left the game with a 2-1 lead before the bullpen imploded. Bradley was extremely impressive in his start before that against the Phillies.
